Service Description
MagPlus is a digital subscription service that provides access to a catalog of international and local magazines via a mobile device connected to the Internet.
Access Conditions
The service is available exclusively to residents of Bahrain.
The User must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of the mobile number owner.
Access may vary depending on technical availability and the Operator's network coverage.
Registration and Subscription
The subscription is activated after confirmation by the User through direct billing with their mobile Operator.
By confirming the subscription, the User expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Billing
The price and billing frequency are displayed during subscription and depend on the Operator.
Charges are applied directly to the User’s mobile bill or deducted from prepaid balance.
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Trial Period and Promotions
Some parts of the Service may be billed as a subscription.
Users are charged in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, or monthly).
At the end of each billing cycle, the subscription renews automatically under the same conditions unless cancelled.
Users may cancel renewal via the account management page or by contacting customer support.
Subscription Cancellation
No long-term commitment.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the same channel used for activation, through the Operator portal, or by following instructions provided during subscription.
Cancellation methods may include SMS, USSD codes, or customer support, depending on the Operator.
Right of Withdrawal
Users may unsubscribe at any time, provided cancellation is made at least one day before the renewal date.
If cancelled during an active period, access will remain available until the end of the paid period or trial.
No additional charges will apply after cancellation.
Generally, no refunds or credits are granted unless required by law.
Refunds
Fees already charged are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.
Claims regarding incorrect charges must be addressed to customer support or the relevant Operator.
User Obligations
The User may not resell, distribute, or transfer access to the Service.
The Service must be used legally and without fraudulent intent.
Liability
MagPlus does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
MagPlus is not responsible for interruptions caused by Operators, technical failures, force majeure, or third-party actions.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the last three months.
Intellectual Property
All content available through MagPlus is owned by MagPlus or its licensors.
Users are granted a personal, limited, and non-transferable right to use the Service.
Changes to the Service and Terms
MagPlus reserves the right to modify content, pricing, or service conditions.
Updates to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated via the website or the Operator.
Privacy and Data Protection
MagPlus processes personal data (mobile number, IP address, device information) necessary to provide the Service.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Suspension and Termination
MagPlus may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
